Biomass: RMES handles all biomass with care and attention. The biomass is tested after decarboxylation to ensure maximum yield in extraction.
Extraction with a Purpose: RMES exclusively uses CO2 extraction in our process. The state-of-the-art CO2 machine is completely automated but flexible enough to tune the extraction process to meet specific customer and material requirements. RMES has developed a method that results in oil that does not require winterization and thus saving money and reducing losses. The extract is extensively tested throughout the extraction process to optimize the process and achieve the desired results. RMES extracts often improve the CBD:THC ratio enabling higher concentration formulation.
Finishing: RMES has developed multiple methods to finish extracts into full-spectrum distillate, THC non-detect distillate, certified organic isolates, and fully finished consumer-ready products. The same analytical and process control approach is applied to every process.

Rocky Mountain Extraction Services utilizes documented and controlled processes to ensure efficiency, traceability, and a consistent high quality result. Our processes are designed to meet the highest standards including cGMP and ISO9001 which require us to use the best equipment and measures throughout the process. In addition to 3rd party verification, RMES has its own lab to validate that the product meets or exceeds the customer's specification.
Process Control, Traceability, and Transparency: From receipt of product through processing and ultimately delivery, the entire process is controlled and managed. RMES uses a state of the art MRP/ERP system to plan and document all relevant measurements and progress through the process. With this information, we can keep customers informed regarding the status and results of their product in nearly "real time".
